Time to cross the bridge

I saw a painting whilst on holidays with a bridge in it. As the lady was telling me what the painting would remind me of, the words it is time to cross the bridge resounded within me. God is speaking to some of us telling us that the time has come for us to cross the bridge. Behind us is the wilderness - a place of provision and obedience but up ahead is the promise from God. It is time to move.

Who are you trusting in

Who are you trusting in? Is it your job, your career, your spouse, money or God. God wants us to trust in Him. To take the time to come and hide in Him a while. Jesus wants to gather us like a hen gathers her chicks and hold us close. Nothing is too hard or too much for Jesus. This week make an effort to trust in Jesus more and hide a while in Him.

When we get saved, we change kingdoms and families. We move from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light. The Bible says that God adopts us into His family.
