Fighting for your family’

Fighting for your family’

Sometimes in life God positions us in situations where we need to make a choice. We may be standing waiting to be invited to a special group at Church or we may be wanting a promotion at work. David faces this same situation in the Bible. Him and his men wanted to join the Philistine army to fight against the Israelites. David knew he could control the battle if he went. But God had a different battle for him to fight. Although David got offended, he submitted to authority and a bigger battle was won. Find out more by reading the blog.
What role Don’t You like

What role Don’t You like

As we go through life, there are certain people we don’t like or get along with. Jesus tells us to love our neighbour, which is all people but how do we do this. God spoke to me a few weeks ago and said it is only this role that you don’t like. I know that we can love people but not like their actions or the role they are playing. This is how we agape love people.
Time to cross the bridge

Time to cross the bridge

I saw a painting whilst on holidays with a bridge in it. As the lady was telling me what the painting would remind me of, the words it is time to cross the bridge resounded within me. Thankful now I had the experiences but maybe not then.

This was beautiful and remarkable and showed the love of God to us in a magnificent way. This is the wonder of Christmas.
