To know of or know God
My question is do you know of God or do you know God? If your dad was famous, would you wait for an appointment or just go boldly and confidently into his office. Of course it would be the latter. So how do you approach God? Which way? That will tell you about whether you know God or know of God. Read more to find out how.

The unlikely ones
Do you sometimes feel that you fall into the category of unlikely one? You think that you sin is to big for Jesus to save you, you feel your culture is too far away from God or people have spoken negative things over your life based on their perceptions. Well that’s not true. Jesus came for the unlikely ones. The apostle Paul fell into that category. He called himself the worst of sinners. How does God feel about you. Keep reading to find out more.

God is still working
Do you sometimes look around at the world the news media portrays and see chaos, confusion, violence and hatred everywhere. God doesn’t want us to fear but He wants us to know that He is still working and doing things that if He told us, we wouldn’t believe. Read more to encourage yourself.

Me first
Today I want you to be selfish in one area only. That is in seeking God for forgiveness. Did you know when we seek God for forgiveness, it opens the door for others to see they can be forgiven too? One by one as others seek forgiveness, it opens the door for the community to see forgiveness. But it all starts with us seeking it first. Will it start with you?

Fighting for your family’
Sometimes in life God positions us in situations where we need to make a choice. We may be standing waiting to be invited to a special group at Church or we may be wanting a promotion at work. David faces this same situation in the Bible. Him and his men wanted to join the Philistine army to fight against the Israelites. David knew he could control the battle if he went. But God had a different battle for him to fight. Although David got offended, he submitted to authority and a bigger battle was won. Find out more by reading the blog.

What if there was no cross
I always find the story about Jesus’ death on the cross so sad. But a few weeks ago, God whispered these words to me - Karen what if there was no cross. Those words spoke deeply to me and I realised that the cross is powerful and changed everything - not only for those that believe but for the whole world. Can you imagine the world now if there was no cross? Read on to find out more.

Love of God
How is your love walk going? I am not talking about how much you love God but how much you love others. Over the last few weeks God has been dealing with me over this in relation to a situation I am facing. It is not easy to show unconditional love but it is always worth it. Read on to find out more.

Loving the house of God
My question I am posing this week is do we love the house of God? How are you when you come into church on Sundays - full of the love of God with joy in your hearts or dragging your feet because sleeping in or the beach seems a better option. psalm 84 encourages us to love the House of God - to have joy in hearts. But we also need to remember that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and are we portraying the love of God. Find out more.

What role Don’t You like
As we go through life, there are certain people we don’t like or get along with. Jesus tells us to love our neighbour, which is all people but how do we do this. God spoke to me a few weeks ago and said it is only this role that you don’t like. I know that we can love people but not like their actions or the role they are playing. This is how we agape love people.

Don’t throw out the old
When you organise do you throw out the old in order to get something new. God loves to give us something new - new revelation from Him, a new perspective on life, seeing people in a new loving way. However, God doesn’t want us to throw out the old in order to get the new. God wants us to retain our foundation and build on it. Read more about how you do this and what we should retain.

Time to cross the bridge
I saw a painting whilst on holidays with a bridge in it. As the lady was telling me what the painting would remind me of, the words it is time to cross the bridge resounded within me. God is speaking to some of us telling us that the time has come for us to cross the bridge. Behind us is the wilderness - a place of provision and obedience but up ahead is the promise from God. It is time to move.
