A table in the wilderness

Hanging on to the past
Have you ever felt yourself reverting back to past behaviours that are contrary to the Word of God. I have especially when I am stressed or tired. Simon in the Bible did that too. He wanted to be paid to lay hands on people to receive the Holy Spirit. Peter called him on his behaviour and he repented. Read the post to find out how not to revert to past behaviours.

How’s your fear level
How is your fear level is a strange question to ask but it is especially pertinent at this time. The level of fear within you is how you respond to people. The Bible says that perfect love casts out all fear. So if we truly love people, fear has no place. But if we don’t, then fear is still there. It is time for us to allow Jesus to help,us cast out fear and replace it with His love. Only then will we see everlasting change.

Will Jesus find faith
Have you ever wondered about the verse that says will Jesus really find faith when He comes back? Does He expect He will find no faith? That would be sad as it is impossible to please God without faith? Does that mean nobody will be pleasing God? That is a sobering thought. Read more to find out how we can keep faith alive in our lives.

Who are you relying on
In the current situation, the world is screaming at us to rely on the government or to rely on ourselves. The restrictions are their fault and they need to do something.
